Postcard templates that don't look like junk mail.
Sendvo templates are prebuilt postcard designs you edit in the browser and send via USPS. Three templates are live today — cash offers for real-estate investors, cart winbacks for Shopify brands, and thank-yous for customer retention. More are landing through beta. Pick one, swap the words, send it.
How do Sendvo postcard templates work?
Every template ships with the back side already laid out — USPS-compliant address block, tracking strip, and postage indicia. You only edit the front.
- What's editable
- Headline, sub-copy, offer code, merge tags (name, address, deal value), return address, accent color, sender mark, image, layout block positions.
- What's fixed
- USPS-compliant back layout (address block, IMb tracking strip, postage indicia), bleed and safe-area, default font pairing. Sendvo handles USPS geometry so you don't have to.
- How you use one
- Open the template in the Sendvo editor, swap copy and colors inline, hit send. No Illustrator, no PDF roundtrip, no proof-by-email cycle.
- Custom designs
- Don't want a template? Upload a PDF or design from blank. Templates are a shortcut, not a requirement.

Three templates are live in the beta. Six more are drafted and will land through the rest of the beta period — outline tiles show what's next.
Cash offer
Mailed by real-estate investors to probate, absentee-owner, and pre-foreclosure lists. Headline reads as a direct buy-offer; back includes a tracked phone number or QR code.
Cart winback
Triggered from Shopify cart-abandonment events. Postcard lands two to four days after the cart goes cold with a printed discount code per recipient.
Thank-you
Sent after first purchase, subscription anniversary, or any customer-success moment. The minimal layout makes it feel personal rather than promotional.
New-mover welcome
Mailed to households at a new address within 30 days of move. Used by realtors, home-services brands, and local restaurants.
Lease-renewal nudge
Triggered 90 / 60 / 30 days before lease end. Used by property managers running multi-unit portfolios.
Agency co-brand
Dual-logo layout for agencies running mail on behalf of a local client. Agency mark sits as a small "powered by" stamp.
ABM card
Personalized postcard mailed to a named contact at a target account, addressed by company. Used by B2B SDR teams enriching digital outreach.
Donation appeal
Year-end-style fundraising card with a printed donation URL and tracked QR code. Used by nonprofit fundraising teams.
Service reminder
Triggered by a service-due date from your CRM (HVAC, dental, pest, lawn). Customer name and last-service date as merge tags.
Which template should I use?
Templates are organized by use case, but most users start from their vertical. Three quick maps below.
- Real estate
- Cash offer (live) for investor mailings against probate, absentee-owner, and pre-foreclosure lists. Lease-renewal nudge (queue) for property managers. New-mover welcome (queue) for realtors farming a neighborhood.
- Shopify / DTC
- Cart winback (live) for abandoned-cart recovery. Thank-you (live) for retention. Service-reminder, ABM, and B2B variants (queue) for the long tail.
- Agencies & B2B
- Thank-you (live) for client-thanks moments. Agency co-brand (queue) for white-label client mail. ABM card (queue) for B2B SDR enrichment.
What sizes does Sendvo support?
Sendvo prints at the three USPS standard postcard trims. Templates render at all three; pricing varies by size — see the pricing page for current rates.
| Size | USPS class | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| 4.25×6″ | First-Class Postcard | Standard mailers, retention, thank-yous. Lowest postage rate. |
| 6×9″ | First-Class Mail (oversized) | Investor cash-offer cards, lease-renewal nudges. More room for legal-line copy. |
| 6×11″ | First-Class Mail (jumbo) | Maximum visual impact. Used for high-stakes campaigns where envelope-like presence matters. |
Frequently asked questions.
Can I edit a template's design, or are they locked?
Every template is fully editable — copy, colors, images, and layout. The template is a starting point, not a constraint. You can also bring your own design (PDF upload or design from blank).
Which template should I use for a probate cash offer?
Use the cash-offer template. It's the design Sendvo ships to real-estate investors who mail to pulled probate lists, absentee-owner records, and pre-foreclosure data.
Do Sendvo templates include the back of the postcard?
Yes. The reverse side is pre-laid-out with the USPS-compliant address block, tracking strip, and postage indicia. You don't draw USPS geometry yourself — Sendvo handles it.
Can I bring my own design instead of using a template?
Yes. Upload a PDF or design from blank in the editor. Templates are a shortcut, not a requirement.
How much does it cost to send a template?
Templates themselves are free to use. You pay per piece sent — see the pricing page for the current rate card. The per-piece rate includes postage, print, address verification, and tracking.
Can I use my brand fonts and logo in a Sendvo template?
Yes. Drop in a logo, choose accent colors, and the typography slots accept your headline and body copy directly. Merge tags let you swap in customer names, offer codes, and return addresses per piece.
Are more templates coming?
Yes. Sendvo is in beta, and additional templates are landing through the rest of the beta period. The current roadmap includes new-mover welcomes, lease-renewal nudges, agency co-brand layouts, ABM cards, donation appeals, and service reminders. Each appears as an outline tile in the gallery above with a "request" link that flags interest.
